Here at Z-Body we offer a 45-60 min, full body workout in an energetic, group personal training environment. Our focus is burning fat and building lean muscle. All members wear the very latest forearm heart rate monitors so they can track their bodies response to the workout and adjust accordingly. Our classes combine aspects of HIIT, strength & conditioning, plyometrics, core workouts, powerlifting, heart rate training, MMA & bodyweight training in a safe effective format. Our professional fitness coach will instruct the class, assisting you with proper technique, modifications and constant motivation.
